DWARF SUNFLOWER - 35 seeds

One of the easiest flower seeds to grow, Sunflower seeds, makes a huge statement in the summer landscape. Dwarf Helianthus are great for containers and flower beds, and they only reach 40 cm tall with an average sized single 25cm (10 inch head). SOWING

Start sowing indoors as early as February or March.

Germinate within 10 - 14 days at 15 - 20°C (60 to 69°F).

Plant out in April or May on 25 x 40 cm (10 - 15in) space.

Use 7.5cm (3in) pots and a good sowing compost. Sow one seed 2.5mm (1in) deep per pot. Place pots on a heated bench or in a propagator with the temperature set at 13°C (55°F).
