Mongolian Giant lives up to it's name growing up to 14 feet tall and having one of the largest
flowering sunflower seed heads available, spanning up to 18 inches across. 

Try roasting some kernels for a healthy 
snack or leave the seed heads to over winter for the birds. 

Start indoors 3 to 4 weeks prior to last Spring frost.

Sow direct early Spring to early Summer outdoors after risk of frost has passed.

Sow 1/4 inch deep

Germination 21 days

Plant 18 inches apart

Matures 80 to 85 days, flowering July thru October

Full sun, well drained soil

Height up to 14 feet tall, provide support 

Hang the sunflowers up in the garden during the Winter for the song birds
